Tre Monti’s cuisine is fresh and distinctive. There is no other restaurant in the US that features dishes from San Marino, which is fitting because Detroit boasts the largest population of immigrants from San Marino.
 Detroiters are lucky because with the opening of Tre Monti they get to experience pasta made daily by Maddalena Sarti of San Marino who utilizes her handed down recipes. She works with Chef Richard Conover who has decades of experience cooking and managing restaurants in the area.
The sauces are likewise made from scratch. There are no dishes prepared with heavy creams or sauces so the meat and fish is highlighted. Fresh fish is flown in daily.

Executive Chef Richard Conover has added a variety of healthful and tasty items for lunch service including a tuna roll up, panino bambino and a grilled vegetarian sandwich. “Add these to our seven varieties of brick oven pizza, entrée salads, soups, and fresh chicken and fish selections, and I think everyone will be very happy at lunchtime”, says Conover. There are also daily specials. “We bypass heavy creams and sauces so you really delight in the flavors and you can return to work recharged,” he continues.
